Overview
A unique leadership opportunity to enhance, develop and deliver commercial learning plans of an innovative biotech organization, dedicated to improving the lives of patients battling serious and rare diseases.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial Learning and Development, the Director, Commercial Learning & Development will have responsibility to develop and execute training plans aligned to marketing, sales, and market access strategies. The individual in this role will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of training materials and will deliver training programs and initiatives across the commercial organization to help colleagues meet business objectives. The Director, Commercial Learning and Deveolpment will work closely with and provide leadership and mentoring to the field-based Skills Trainers.
The Director, Commercial Learning & Development will be a key member of the Commercial Effectiveness team. They will also partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Patient Services, HR, Medical Affairs, and Market Access colleagues to ensure that priorities across functional areas are aligned and that the commercial force is a consistently-improving, high-performing team.

Salary Range
Insmed takes into consideration a combination of candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required in the role, and external market and internal value when determining a salary level for potential new employees.
The base salary range for this job is from $165,000.00 to $231,667.00 per year
