Overview

As Director of Case Management, you will be a key member of the Patient Services Leadership Team, responsible for leading the pull-through of the Patient Support Program design and service offering.
Specifically, the candidate will have responsibility to help evolve an integrated end-to-end patient treatment experience (initiation, continuation, and completion) for Insmed’s portfolio of products. They will be responsible for defined KPIs and goals for in-line therapy while preparing for new launch products through team and systems expansions.
This position reports to the Head of Patient Access and will be located at our Bridgewater, NJ headquarters facility and is considered a Hybrid Role balancing days in the office and working remote as necessary.

Deliver upon an industry leading Patient Support Program with oversight of the Case Management Team, through aligned and synchronized Patient Services and Channel strategies:

Up to 20% travel, both domestic and/or international.
Salary Range
Insmed takes into consideration a combination of candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required in the role, and external market and internal value when determining a salary level for potential new employees.
The base salary range for this job is from $165,000.00 to $231,667.00 per year
