Innovative Services Inc, a 501(c)(3) organization serving the Wisconsin community, is hiring for a Level-1 IT Service Desk Technician to act as a first contact for employees experiencing computer, account, phone, or peripherial issues.

Pay & Benefits:

• $18- $20/per hour
• Monday – Friday Regular Business Hours schedule

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to Level 1 support calls and manage the calls within the IT ticketing system
• Configure/build new laptops and cell phones for employees
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and troubleshooting problems
• install and maintain computer hardware and software
• Troubleshoot and solve hardware, software, and network issues (Level 1)
• Provide employees with support and training
• Responsible for the management of all company mobile devices
• Configure small office peripherals including home routers, printers, A/V equipment, etc.
• Assist with managing and tracking equipment inventory
• Special projects, as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Associate degree in IT or closely related field from an accredited college or university is desired
• Three (3) years of supporting, installing and maintaining PC’s; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
