As a Talent Sourcing Specialist on our People team, you’ll be responsible for building a pipeline of highly qualified candidates and evaluating these candidates against position requirements. You’ll support various administrative endeavors in the recruiting process, and work to sharpen your skills as an integral part of the recruiting team. Additionally, you will be responsible for partnering closely with multiple stakeholders to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for our various business demands. You will build innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence, lead a selection process that adopts D&I best practices, and partners closely with Colleges and Universities for internships and entry-level positions, while building a talent pipeline for erfuture hiring needs.
You have an eye for talent – Identify qualified, diverse candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (Boolean search, Chrome extensions, X-Ray, geographic targeting, etc.) and use direct methods to engage with that talent, both tenured and college graduates; including personal emails/texting, cold calling, referrals and internal networks. Use available tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Search Software, etc.) to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities. You are resilient and creative detective that finds deep satisfaction in delivering results and discovering hard-to-hire and diverse technical talent. Quickly become the subject matter expert for creative and effective ways to connect passive talent to the incredibly meaningful company mission. (50%)

You’re a problem solver – You’ll identify perceived difficulties with searches and research solutions by collaborating with the recruitment team. Measurably impact sourcing and hiring efficiency with a metrics-driven approach to response rates, funnel conversion, and ultimately, bringing candidates into the funnel that receive and accept job offers. (15%)
You’re a team player – You’ll work in a collaborative, fast paced team-oriented environment and driven to exceed expectations. Participate in intake meetings with the hiring team and Talent Acquisition Partner to develop and refine the proper profile for targeting candidates. You are a true partner to your teammates that balances the tactics and strategies that have made you notably successful in the past with a learning agility that drives you to experiment with new ideas. You’ll proactively and regularly communicate the status of each search; and work across internal teams while handling multiple requirements, reviewing candidate profiles and updating candidate pool.
