Information Systems Solutions Hiring for Windows Desktop Administrator Job at San Diego, CA Full Time

Information Systems Solutions (ISS) is looking for a candidate to provide Windows System Administration support for a Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDTE) network supporting a US Government customer. The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for customer service as well as providing the Windows 10 support inclusive of:

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with software and hardware
• Patching computer systems
• Application of STIGs to desktops
• Knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe products
• Familiarity with Group Policy

• 1+ year(s) of experience with Windows Operating Systems

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITIL Certification
• Experience with the IAVM process
