RT&T, a joint venture of InDyne, Inc. and Amentum Services, Inc. is the prime contractor to support the Atlantic Range Technical Support Services (ARTSS) for the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division(NAWCAD) headquartered in Patuxent River, MD, and with locations in Maryland, Virginia, and California.
ARTSS supports Atlantic Test Ranges (ATR) and Atlantic Targets and Marine Operations (ATMO) in research and development, engineering, maintenance, operation, support of facilities, systems, and equipment in order to meet the engineering development and operational testing and fleet training missions for some of the world’s premier systems. Our work with the U.S. Navy keeps the warfighter safe by testing systems before they are used in combat, and we are hiring personnel to support this important mission.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This individual will primarily support the RT&T ARTSS financial requirements and will provide assistance to InDyne Shared Services on other contracts, as necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Possess analytical skills, effectively handle multiple projects concurrently, and meet deadlines. Apply principles of accounting to compile, analyze, and evaluate financial data with recommendations, statistical information for improvement and internal control. Draft, review, and prepare back-up information, analysis, and recommendations for financial reports and reviews, monthly deliverables, CDRLs, and presentations utilizing Costpoint 7, PowerPoint and Excel. Analyze, evaluate, and provide recommendations, statistics, and reports for planning, development, pricing, budgets, monitoring, and execution of technical direction letters (TDLs) proposals and modifications including contractual documentation review. Tracking of contract funding to actual expenses. Process funding modifications and projects within Costpoint. Responsibilities include but is not limited to follow-up on daily duties, deadlines and inquiries concerning financial reports and information, as well as special projects assigned by management. Skills include advanced skill set of Excel required inclusive of pivot creation and functionality. Preferred candidate would have proficient detailed knowledge of PowerPoint, with an understanding of Costpoint, and CER (or similar database query writer). Strong organizational, time management skills communicate with co-workers, management, and others in a courteous and professional manner; conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions. Other duties will be assigned as requested, directed or as necessary.

Must be able to lift or move items weighing up to 15 pounds.
Physical Demands:
Walking, siting, typing, bending and lifting items as required within position requirements.
Job is mostly sedentary in nature with repetitive computer work required.
