Summary of Position: The Creative Director is critical in providing leadership and oversight of all marketing creative initiatives for IWU Residential Education, Non-Residential Education, and Central Administration. This position ensures that all independent department objectives align seamlessly with the overarching IWU brand, communication strategy, and desired outcomes. The paramount responsibility of the Creative Director is to oversee the creative team and guarantee that their work aligns with the company’s objectives, brand guidelines, and industry standards. Additionally, the position requires leading brainstorming sessions, developing concepts, and guiding the creative process from start to finish.
