The Office of Enrollment Management (OEM) brings together the services and expertise of twelve campus units to
create a streamlined student experience. As home to the Offices of Admissions, Scholarships, Student Financial Assistance, the Registrar,
Student Central, First Year Experience Programs, and more, our organization provides unified service to students and families and develops
data-driven initiatives to strengthen the university. With a strong focus on diversity, OEM strives to cultivate a diverse, inclusive

Job Summary
We are
looking for a talented and dedicated HRBP that specializes in Talent Acquisition to join our OEM HR team. In addition to talent acquisition,
this role will encompass position management and entering new hire paperwork into our HR systems. If you are passionate about recruiting,
enjoy managing positions, and have exceptional organizational skills, we want you to be a part of our team.

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office
productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus.
The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.

This position may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule (mix between in-person 3
days a week and remote 2 days a week), subject to change based on university policy and business needs of the department.
