Windows Helpdesk Technician

Do you enjoy solving people’s problems?

In Touch is looking to add a windows helpdesk technician to our team. As a support technician, you have a 1-on-1 relationship with the users who rely upon our systems to deliver medication across the state. You act as the user’s advocate within the IT Team, and consider their problems to be your problems.

The ideal candidate can quickly diagnose issues with Windows, Printers, Software Installation, and Connectivity issues. Documentation and a service focused mindset are a must.

Skills & Requirements:

– Must have experience providing technical support for Microsoft Windows

– Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Virtualization, Exchange, or SQL Server

– Scripting experience is beneficial

– Be able to communicate effectively in documentation and email

– Hardware maintenance and repair

Job Expectations

– Troubleshoot IT Issues including software, hardware, networking, and automation

– Install, update, and maintain desktops, laptops, phones, and related hardware and software

– Install and maintain pharmacy specific printers, scanners, and packaging automation

Additional compensation available if you have competence with SQL or Javascript.
