IH Services, Inc., is a recognized leader in providing facility maintenance and building services to many of the most recognized brands in the manufacturing, distribution, power generation, hospitality, health care and automotive industries.

We are in need of an Experienced Recruiter for a Warehouse/Distribution site located in Caledonia, MI

The Recruiter sources, screens, interviews, and on-boards candidates according to client needs and established procedures. Having prior recruiting experience in janitorial work, warehouse logistics, or sanitation skill sets is desired but not required.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Paid Weekly

The On-Site Recruiter will:

• Develop and manage a talent pipeline that aligns with the company’s and the client’s needs
• Specialize in ensuring compliance and coordinating efforts pertaining to applicant screenings (background, drug testing), and I-9’s
• Participate in hiring process by processing applications and conducting interviews
• Coordinate external drug testing
• Maintain electronic and paper records to ensure effective, orderly and legal storage of personnel data

Skills and qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• Ability to develop positive working relationships with all levels
• Proficient computer skills for accuracy in reporting and recording information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• ATS (Applicant Tracking System) experience
• Experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing work, and effective time management skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent service orientation and professional demeanor
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
