Position Summary:
IEM is looking for a Full Time – Rebate Processing and Quality Control Analyst – who will be responsible for reviewing applications, approving qualifying rebates, tracking issued rebate coupons, processing coupon redemptions for payment, and conducting quality control activities to ensure program compliance. This role also requires documenting progress in a system of record and communicating with other functional areas as required by operating procedures with limited supervision. A Rebate Processing and Quality Control Analyst will have and maintain a complete understanding of all applicable program policies, procedures, and requirements within the guidelines established to follow program compliance. May also provide support with day-to-day project management activities for quality control, which may include supplementary responsibilities relative to the program and its needs.
Candidate must be attentive to detail, understand program policies, analytical, and possess good written and interpersonal communication skills. The program requires strict compliance with federal and state regulations and program policy.
