We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. In this role, you will ensure our IT systems and processes adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, with a focus on ensuring compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), IT General Controls (ITGC) and ITAC (IT Automated Controls) requirements. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and a track record of successfully implementing and maintaining SOX ITGC and ITAC controls.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado or with the option of full-time remote. Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
Providing expert guidance and support to cross functional teams regarding IT compliance requirements and best practices
Developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with SOX ITGC and ITAC and other regulatory requirements
Coordinating and leading regulatory IT control testing
Conducting risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues, recommending solutions, and working with process and control owners to remediate findings
Collaborating with internal and external auditors to provide information and support during audits
Staying current on regulations, laws, and industry guidelines relevant to the business and providing updates to management and other relevant stakeholders
Developing a comprehensive understanding of Ibotta’s IT infrastructure, applications, and systems to identify potential risks and areas of improvement
Working with IT and business teams to ensure that all IT systems and processes are in compliance with SOX ITGC and ITAC and other regulatory requirements
Providing guidance and training to employees on SOX ITAC and ITGC and other regulatory compliance requirements

What we are looking for:
Minimum of 5 years experience in IT regulatory compliance, at least 2 of which must be specifically with SOX ITAC and ITGC
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field
Solid understanding of SOX ITAC and ITGC and best practices
Technical auditing skills, with the goal of maximizing testing efficiencies and internal controls assessments
Experience developing narratives and flowcharts documenting internal control processes
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Solid attention to detail and ability to work independently
Knowledge of IT systems and Cloud environments (AWS, etc.)
Professional certifications such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or equivalent

Additional Details:
This position is located in Denver, CO, or with the option of full-time remote, and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, and equity.
Base compensation range: $100,000 – $130,000. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
