Description:
Ensure organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization s financial, project, and human resources functions
Serves as the company human resource point of contact regarding recruiting, performance feedback, benefits plans, and procedures for all staff, including records and compiles any applicable required reports in compliance with local, state, and federal legislation
Collects, prepares, and submits weekly payroll, interacting with field foremen to accurately and timely delivery of paychecks
Set up and maintain jobs, process contracts and necessary documents pertaining to jobs
Process work orders, change orders, and monthly billing documents
Responsible for the preparation of the monthly and annual accounting reports; balance the books and reconciling balance sheet and payroll accounts for accuracy; ensure that accounting transactions are recorded and reported accurately and in a timely fashion to appropriate sources on at least a monthly basis
Partners with field foremen, and staff to create training tools for staff that adds skills or meet compliance rules
Assist in the development of a workforce strategy
Prepare monthly work in process reports in conjunction with the financial statements, that bring additional clarity to the workload and any backlogs

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in human resources experience or Bachelors in Business Management, Human Resources, Account
knowledge of accounting software is a plus
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
