Manager of Administrative Application IntegrationHV-NTP-111623 Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in higher education administration, finance, business administration, or related field; ten (10) years of experience working in a higher education environment; five (5) in a supervisory capacity. Excellent interpersonal and writing skills; exceptional leadership, organizational, and communications skills; proficiency in all Microsoft applications; collaborative team-oriented style and outstanding strategic planning and thinking skills; customer service and high ethical standards; demonstrated attention to detail; ability to analyze and synthesize data; ability to manage multiple priorities; ability to relate to people at all levels within the College and community; strong skills in planning, project management, technical writing, and group facilitation. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Ellucian’s enterprise information system, including but not limited to Banner, CRM Advise and CRM Recruit, and Degree Works. Nature and Scope of Duties: The Manager of Administrative Applications Integration reports to the Chief Information Officer and their designee and performs the following duties: 1. Oversee the administrative information system’s technical, programming, and functional support. 2. Manage multiple concurrent college project requests from initiation to closure, ensuring that project scope, budget, and customer expectations are met. 3. Assists with reviewing project requests from the campus community and helps in building business cases that can be used to determine project alignment with the college’s strategic plan and priorities. 4. Identify and prioritize required resources in consultation with the project sponsor, project issues that require emergent resolution, and escalate projects as necessary. 5. Manage budget and licensing for the growing catalog of products related to SIS, advisement, retention, and critical college operations. 6. Work with the functional lead, technical lead, and functional units to develop integrated test plans to ensure product quality before project implementation or migration. 7. Collaborate with the campus community to improve efficiencies through the effective use of campus systems and access to data. 8. Regularly discuss information system topics and capabilities with users; Guide how existing supplied applications can meet new or changing end-user requirements; give guidance and opinions on how current or planned application systems can best support administrative and academic departments. 9. Work collaboratively with the Institutional Planning and Research, Assessment, Student Success, and Registrar offices to develop reports and provide data analytics to the campus community. 10. Serve as co-chair of the Banner Steering Committee. 11. Perform other duties as assigned. This is a full-time 37.5-hour work week position with a salary range of $85,000-$95,000.
