Assist the Associate Director with development and implementation of policies and
procedures for the Student Employment Program.
Manage and maintain relationships with on-campus and off-campus
supervisors by providing training, support with postings and hiring, and general assistance with any inquiries about the Student Employment
Program.
Counsel and assist students with on- and off-campus job searching/matching process through email and
appointments.
Follow up with recruiters to confirm applications and interview schedules and communicate selection
results with students.
Manage job postings and student profiles/data via the Handshake and Workday online career
management systems.
Establish and maintain detailed database of student personnel records, employer contacts, student
contracts, and other student employment related information.
Create policies, procedures, guidelines, forms, and other
materials for appropriate campus websites.
Assist with the designing and planning marketing emails and e-newsletters to
students and supervisors with program updates, job postings, and other pertinent program information.
Serve as liaison
with department supervisors and students to resolve work-related issues.
Ensure that Federal Work Study goals are
accomplished in accordance with priorities, time and funding limitations, or other specifications.
Compile statistical
information, such as total hours worked and dollars earned toward Federal Work Study goals, for weekly, monthly, and annual
reports.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
BA/BS.
Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the principal accountabilities of the job. Knowledge of human
resources, budgeting, or accounting fields.
