Horizontal Talent Hiring for Sr Project Coordinator – IT PMO Job at Cottage Grove, MN Full Time

Work with Project Teams in compiling and gathering project related information and statuses.
Gather status from various work stream leads and update PPM
Log and update Issue and Risk Register in PPM
Log & update Change Management Register in PPM
Update the project plan in PPM on a daily/weekly basis
Run weekly status meetings and publish meeting minutes
Track action items coming out of any meeting minutes
Run weekly/monthly finance actuals and compare with planned numbers Financial Tracker
Set up meetings and coordinate any communication needs with the cross commit workstreams
Follow up with sourcing/finance team for any pending contracts and action items
Run weekly/monthly finance actuals and compare with planned numbers Financial Tracker

EDUCATION:
o Completed 4 year degree
o High level of competency in Microsoft Office
o Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form
o Ability to communicate and document complex issues and procedures
o Ability to handle multiple projects and activities, deal with change, and work with a variety of person-ality types
o Advanced skill in MS Excel
o Basic level of competency in Microsoft Project
o Good interpersonal skills
o Ability to work in a fast paced environment
o Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive, enthusiastic attitude
o Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities
o Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships
