Horizon Medical Staffing is seeking a healthcare recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate is outgoing, organized and driven. A successful candidate will enjoy working with a team of professionals who are passionate about healthcare recruiting and will make it their top priority to find the best candidates for our client facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Use an applicant tracking system to schedule, plan, and evaluate recruiting events.
• Compile resumes into a searchable database and perform keyword searches to identify potential candidates for open positions.
• Schedule interviews based on applicant’s availability and position requirements.
• Conduct screening interviews with hiring managers or human resource specialists.
• Research candidates; including checking references and verifying qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
