A successful candidate will:
Work with Business Operations leadership and the team as well as partners and stakeholders across all HBT businesses, regions, and functional areas to enhance a cohesive Business Operations project management function.
Be responsible for the intake, assessment, assignment, and overall coordination of business transformation projects and will work closely with business leadership, functional partners, and Business Operations project managers to ensure successful and on time delivery of projects.
The individual is responsible for influencing partners, peers, and clients to leverage consistent project methodologies to ensure on time delivery of results.
Manage project charters, risk and mitigation plans, project schedules, cost and saving calculations and methodology.
Support the project management team with issue escalation, project triage, and systems troubleshooting
Manage the recurring operating cadence for the Business Operations team including project submittal, regular reviews, phase exits, and leadership communications
Coordinate project execution and demonstrate alignment across projects to ensure successful delivery of all programs and avoid project collisions.
Conduct regular review with partners and senior leadership to share results of projects.
Partner closely with the Enterprise Information Management and Honeywell Business Process Excellence team to ensure project solutions are innovative and forward thinking.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, or a related field
7-9 years minimum business, finance and/or project/program management experience
5+ years of experience leading change in a complex, matrix organization
WE VALUE
Knowledge of fundamental program management principles; Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification
Strong business and financial acumen
Proven track record of delivering results in a matrixed environment
Ability to work effectively in a cross functional environment
Solid presentation and oral and written communication skills with proven ability to influence
Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities
Demonstrated ability to deliver on complex situations or problems
Ability to foster good relationships, work independently and in collaboration with global teams
