Our marketing team is seeking a Sales Director who has a strong background in consumer products and proven leadership abilities. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience implementing strategic plans that result in effective growth of corporate sales, as well as maintaining strong relationships with both clients and vendors. This role is responsible for increasing revenue, client retention and brand awareness while implementing ongoing best practices to ensure company success. We’re looking for someone who has exceptional communication skills, a high level of energy and leadership skills to help us continue to grow!

Job Rresponsibilities:

• Learning and understanding company insurance products.
• Answering calls and responding to customer concerns.
• Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules.
• Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products.
• Recommending available products.
• Forwarding customers to sales agents when a policy needs to be initiated or upgraded.
• Managing the customer database.
• Managing clerical and administrative responsibilities
• Ability to be flexible to meet the changing needs of clients
• Maintain and create social media content
• Help create and manage social networking events

Skills needed:

• Understand how to use social media platforms

(facebook, instagram)

• Know how to use google sheets, excel, word, canva

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28,500.00 – $44,157.53 per year
