We are a fast-growing home care agency, centrally located in Colorado Springs, expanding our team to include a Recruiter who will thrive in a close-knit team environment and bring adaptability and positivity to the table.

The ideal candidate for the Recruiter role will embrace the uplifting, people-first culture we are creating, while achieving goals efficiently, with strong attention to detail and a consistent degree of accuracy. Someone with a bit of additional recruiting experience, sales, marketing or even a PR background will be able take this role to the next level.

The ideal candidate will be able to work shoulder to shoulder with the Operations Director to propel our objectives forward, while keeping the agency within compliance parameters in multiple areas. Some key responsibilities of this role include:

• Perform recruitment and onboarding activities, including job postings, job fairs, applicant screening, interviews, background checks, reference checks, etc.
• Create and maintain appropriate records, files, and documentation for ongoing consistency compliance.
• Administers policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements.
• Cultivate effective relationships within the team. This role is that of “head cheerleader”, constantly serving as a positive source of information and support for our team.
• Performs miscellaneous related duties as assigned by management.

Position Requirements:

• Professional presentation, as selected candidate will often be the first point of contact

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Word)

Basic Qualifications:

• US work authorization is required
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; including Word, Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour -DOE

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift, Monday-Friday
• This is not a remote position

Education:

• High school or equivalent Required

Experience:

• Minimum Experience: One (1) year hospital, medical, or home care services experience desired.
• Staffing, recruiting, (Preferred)
