Holyoke Community College is housed on a multi-million-dollar, 135-acre campus, equipped with state-of-the art technology in specialized learning facilities. Under the supervision of the Associate Registrar, the part-time Clerical Assistant provides support to the office; functions as a frontline customer service counter person providing service to our students, faculty, staff and outside constituents. Processes student registrations, schedule changes, student and administrative withdrawals, updates biographical and demographic information in our SIS system. Assists with processing requests for college transcripts, updates and maintains related records. Enters various data within the student information system, prepares, scans and indexes student academic records within our document management system. Provides excellent customer service through various platforms, such as phone, ChatNow, Zoom, Navigate, email etc.

Hourly Rate: $19.50 hour Hours: Up to 18.5 hours per week – All candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States. HCC is not sponsoring H1B Visa.
