As the Sr. Technical Recruiter you are responsible for sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and hiring candidates to fulfill current and forecasted I.T. needs while delivering a world-class candidate experience.

Essential Functions:
* Source and screen qualified candidates based on requirements determined in partnership with hiring managers and agency best practices, to include leveraging internet job boards, employee referrals, search engines, and web resume mining techniques
* Proactively develop talent networks and build a pipeline of qualified passive candidates by creating and delivering strategic initiatives to attract candidates through industry contacts, engagement, event participation, association memberships, referrals, and online communities to source high quality and diverse candidates
* Provide high levels of candidate relationship management and engagement by clearly communicating and seamlessly managing the full lifecycle of the interview and hiring process setting expectations, providing thoughtful feedback, negotiating and closing offers, and providing support during onboarding
* Develop a strong, consultative partnership with hiring managers to identify key requirements and set recruitment strategy for designated roles, clearly communicating throughout the search and interview process
* Manage external recruiting vendors specifically for technical roles
* Provide regular status updates to Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers on recruitment for open positions; maintain various recruitment tracking and reports, and enhance existing reports where applicable
* Model, promote, reinforce, and reward the consistent use of HOLT’s Values-Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
* Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Expertise in sourcing profiles across various technical skills (i.e., Salesforce, Dynamics, Cloud Engineering, Full Stack Development, DevOps/SRE, AI/ML, Enterprise Data (IoT, Analytics, ETL, Big Data, Data Lake), Enterprise Apps (SaaS/ERP/CRM), Digital Transformation, Product Management, Technical Leadership)
* Experience with immigration process, H1B, H1B Transfer, etc.
* Demonstrated expertise in leveraging social media tools, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc., as a candidate identification and development tool
* Expert knowledge of search engines, networking sites, job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice), and industry associations/niche web sites
* Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations
* Demonstrated behaviors that exhibit an understanding and commitment to working in a values-based organization as evidenced by strong relationship building and communication skills
* Problem-solving expertise, attention to detail, and self-awareness and self-management skills
* Excellent computer skills required including proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (UKG/Ultipro experience a plus)
* Experience working with diversity and inclusion initiatives
* Ability to manage both day-to-day operations, as well as project work in a fast-paced, complex environment
* Ability to work on multiple projects and deal effectively with employees and management
* Organizational ability and confidence to work independently
* Consulting and influencing abilities; ability to resolve conflicts, and gain cooperation among competing interest groups
Education and Experience:
* High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
* Demonstrated patterns of success and advanced to expert recruiting competencies with 6+ years of technical recruiting in a fast-paced, high volume, full cycle recruiting environment preferred
Travel:
* Limited, may be 10% within regional assignment
