Our Information Technology (IT) Commercial team is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to partner with the corporate and divisional marketing organizations to expand and optimize Hologic’s digital presence!

You will be given an opportunity to:

• Collaborate with with technical and business teams to build strategic roadmap for digital marketing needs with a focus on long-term strategic direction
• Partner with divisional/corporate marketing leadership team around campaign strategies and solutions to measure performance, and ensure we provide a superior customer experience
• Deliver digital projects on a global scale with collaboration from cross-functional teams, and multiple external business and development agencies (15+) to ensure successful project delivery

Other duties and responsibilities you are signing up for:

• Defining and enforcing standards to enforce Hologic Branding
• Ensuring all websites met Hologic’s SDLC, Documentation, Testing, Security, and Data Governance Policies
• Aligning with the business and confirm all content has been completed Medical, Legal, and Quality review
• Reviewing and negotiating SOWs to ensure cost effective, supportable, and sustainable solutions
• Interacting with legal, compliance and security team to ensure adherence with all applicable regulations
• Advising and educating product marketing teams with industry proven best practices
• Identifying gaps in our current digital ecosystem and lead projects to improve overall customer experience
• Creating pragmatic and actionable project plans and leading execution against the plans. Managing and running status meetings, operational meetings, and project meetings
• Staying current with the trends in web marketing, website building and analytics

What do we expect?

• BS in Computer Science or Equivalent Experience
• 6+ years of development experience with at least 3 years of web application experience
• Experience in leading Acquia and WP Engine Deployments
• Understanding of latest technologies (NodeJS, Angular etc.)
• Proficient with multiple content management systems such as Drupal and WordPress
• Ability to perform code reviews and set development standards, and experience in System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proficient in HTML, and good understanding of marketing campaigns, Google Ads and Analytics
• Experience working with agencies and teams across the globe
• Data migration, transformation, and scripting experience
• Knowledge of image authoring tools such as Photoshop
