Hollins University in Roanoke, Virginia is seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Human Resources Administrator.
About the Role
This position reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and is responsible for human resources payroll and benefit functions. This position manages payroll changes and vacation and sick time calculations and tracking for the biweekly and monthly payrolls. Additionally, the HR Senior Administrator is responsible for all benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, and premium billing and submission related to medical, dental, and vision insurance; flexible spending accounts; health savings accounts; life and personal accident insurance; short and long-term disability; and the retirement plan. The HR Senior Administrator also manages the open enrollment processes; completes, tracks, and processes FMLA and other leave requests; oversees life, disability, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance claims; produces, distributes, and posts required benefit notices; and manages Affordable Care Act data tracking and reporting.
