This position will partner with teams within the organization to provide excellent communication while demonstrating the highest level of professional standards, positive interpersonal relations and a problem-solving approach in all situations. The ideal candidate will support H2M’s continued growth and development by focusing on the recruiting function of HR and will partner with office directors and regional office staff to ensure there is solid HR presence in all our offices. We are looking for someone with a passion for the employee experience, who will be dedicated to learning about our employees, our business and will demonstrate a strong commitment to H2M’s mission, vision and core values. The position with a focus on the following areas: • Talent Acquisition – Coordinate with HR Business Partners and work closely with various hiring managers to help them attain annual hiring goals.
Assist with the development of job descriptions and requisitions, source candidates, conduct phone screens/interviews and ultimately assist in the selection of the most qualified candidates to join H2M. Assist with employment offers and background checks as needed. • On-Boarding – Provide an excellent new employee experience to ensure every staff member gets acclimated to the firm. Upon job acceptance, ensure ongoing and effective communication throughout the process, leading up to a positive onboarding experience for all employees.
This could include working with acquisition teams to ensure staff are integrated into H2M’s culture. • Employee Relations – Exercise confidentiality and demonstrate a strong, neutral Human Resources perspective during all interactions. Ensure understanding and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations through coaching, one-on-one communication and policy interpretation. • Coaching – Coach managers when needed and provide direction during challenging situations pertaining to all areas of HR.
