Senior ITGC Compliance Tester Remote – USA,USA Position Summary We are seeking a Senior ITGC Tester to play a crucial role in executing testing across business units for adherence to federal and state regulatory requirements. The focus will be on a new RCSA rollout, with a tight deadline of 120 days to complete testing of ITGC and Application controls. This role requires a mix of control designs expertise, tackling challenges, and addressing variations in documentation styles, with preference given to candidates with CISA or CIRCA certification. Essential Duties Execute ITGC testing to ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements, supporting the compliance review led by the manager. How You’ll Contribute: – Identify and bring attention to compliance and business management regarding any issues discovered during testing. – Inspect documents, records, disclosures, and systems to verify compliance, identifying trends or weaknesses in DFS business processes. – Evaluate business policies, procedures, training, and processes with respect to regulatory requirements. – Execute an enterprise-wide compliance testing program within the given time period. – Monitor and test business action plans established to correct deficiencies. – Compile and maintain work papers and supporting documentation of tests and findings. Position Requirements – Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, legal, or a related field. – 4+ years of experience in Compliance, Financial Services, Risk, and/or BSA/AML testing. – Experience in transactional and control testing.
