JOB PURPOSE:
The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries and problems by providing information, doing research or directing requests to others who can supply the necessary information for service.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Receive all incoming service calls through e-mail, phone and/or fax.
Verify address, phone numbers, name of company, warranty information, contact information, payment arrangements, make customer aware of deposits, service rates and other applicable fees.
Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments.
Following up after service call with the Customer Service Survey.
Any other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Professional communication and customer service skills
Work successfully in a team-based environment and achieve common goals
Establish and maintain tactful, courteous, and effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the general public.
Possesses the sense of urgency
Proficient in MS Office and other computer applications
Excellent attendance record
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Must be efficient and organized to handle multiple task assigned at the same time.
Must be able to work overtime, holidays, nights and weekends when needed.
