Job Title: Recruiter
SUMMARY
The recruiter supports human resource processes and procedures by administrating tests, scheduling appointments, drug screening, conducting orientations, recruiting, interviewing and screening job applicants and maintaining records and information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Ensure all temporary employment applications are completed properly and accurately, to include all W-4 and I-9’s, Medical Questionnaires, skill sheets and references.
Track and maintain records on all applicants screening processes to include reference checks, drug screening and results, any testing or recertification that may be required.
Develop and maintains employee availability call lists, skills lists, quick call sheets
Screen any and all calls concerning job advertisements
Conduct phone and in-person interviews with all applicants responding to various job advertisements and outstanding job orders
Work in cooperation with sales, service and management with excellent communication with all parties
Assist in providing payroll information by collecting time and attendance records
Provide administrative support as necessary
