We are looking for a qualified, friendly and outgoing Recruitment Coordinator for our Houston Office who will also be assisting our Recruiting Managers with candidate onboarding, recruiting, timecards and other human resources type duties. Some of the things that you will be responsible for will be:

• Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs
• Source passive candidates
• Search resume databases for the most fit candidates
• Communicate with Hiring Managers
• Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
• Use multi channel approach to recruit
• Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
• Adhere to laws, rules and regulations
• Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
• Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress

Requirements:

• Typing over 55 WPM (will be tested)
• Intermediate knowledge of Word / Excel (may be tested)
• Business Etiquette (will be tested)
• 2 years of experience as Office Coordinator or similar role
• Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
• Ability to scan large volumes of resumes
• Some understanding of basic marketing strategies
• l thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
