IMMEDIATE NEED

The Clinical/Healthcare Recruiter position is a Contract position. The job can be worked from home, but you will have to be working in the office if you ever convert to a permanent position. You MUST be able to work during normal business hours on Pacific Standard Time. Also, you need to be in either the East Bay, Inland Empire, Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, Orange County, CA, Sacramento, San Diego, or San Francisco area to pick up your laptop and equipment.

You MUST be vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination prior to your start date.

You MUST be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder. No sponsorship or CTC is available.

Requirements:

• Five to seven years of experience in recruiting with a primary focus on healthcare staffing
• May provide direction to lower level Recruiters
• Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously
• Ability to communicate tactfully, verbally, and in writing with department heads, managers, coworkers, and vendors to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions
• Knowledge of software packages such as Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, internet access, and the ability to navigate within an automated system such as Peoplesoft.
• Generate hires for critical positions, the benchmark for recruiter hires should meet or exceed 15 hires per month, per recruiter.
• Manage all outside agency searches, ensure that all searches are approved and appropriate corporate contracts are signed.
• Reviews the vacancy report with the General Manager at least once per week to determine the status of open positions and the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives.
• Responsible for reviewing the vacancy report on a daily basis and providing updates to include new or filled positions.

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
