Position
Summary:
Hiring salary range – $42,515.35 – $46,766.88
Performs a variety of analytical, confidential,
administrative, professional level work for human resources services and programs in an assigned area, which may include recruitment and
selection, employee and labor relations, recognition programs, leave programs, HRIS, benefits, classification and compensation, policy
interpretation, employee performance management process and coordination of projects related to human resources programs.
* Responsible
for the support and administration of more than one functional service or program within the scope of all Human Resources.
* Coordinates
various special projects and conducts analyses, to include procedure interpretation, process flow and re-engineering efforts.
* Develops,
conducts, researches and participates in surveys and studies involving human resources-related programs.
* Measures effectiveness,
analyzes data, and makes appropriate recommendations associated with research results and/or implementation of HR practices.
* Monitors
and audits accuracy of federal, state and College compliance requirements. Interprets, explains, and presents human resources issues,
training, policies, and procedures to employees and management to include making recommendations to management on solving business
problems.
* Assists in the development and improvement of human resources programs, policies and procedures, and related activities.

Enters or modifies data, writes queries and develops reports from HRIS.
