The Leadership Advisor is an exempt, at-will, full-time position reporting to the Director of Student Diversity & Inclusion for the Center for Cultural & Inclusive Excellence.The Mentorship Programs Leadership Advisor incorporates leadership and engagement through service learning by providing students activities, programs, and various opportunities to exercise their leadership skills and implement directly in communities they are engaged in. Through an intentional cultural responsive lens, this position will develop volunteer and peer mentorship cohorts with a co-curricular foundation designed to empower students as social change agents and cultivate sustainable communities for increased retention of student engagement. This position provides leadership for campus-wide culturally responsive programming centering campus consciousness, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
