Hesston College Looking for Engineering Professor Full Time

Hesston College seeks an Engineering Professor to teach courses in mechatronics engineering and general engineering. This full-time
position will begin in the Fall 2023 semester. Candidates should have a master’s degree or higher in electrical engineering,
mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering, agricultural engineering, or a related discipline (Ph.D. preferred).

The
Engineering Professor will teach Fundamentals of Mechatronics, Mechatronics System Design, Mobile Robotics, Senior Capstone and other
engineering courses on an ongoing basis. Other responsibilities include contributing to the Hesston College Robotics club and helping set up
a fully equipped mechatronics laboratory.

Additional desired qualifications include teaching experience, hands on robotics experience
and a commitment to student-centered instruction. Online and hybrid courses may be part of a faculty member’s teaching obligations,
including the development of new courses that meet the Hesston College standard of excellence in teaching and the teaching of
already-existing online courses.
