The Herb Chambers Braintree Ford Collision Center is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team!
The “CSR” builds relationships with customers by providing exceptional service throughout the vehicle repair process. We are looking for a person with a caring, professional, and winning attitude.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Responsibilities
- Treat all customers in a courteous and respectful manner at all times.
- Answer phone calls.
- Provide customers with vehicle repair updates.
- Assist with resolving product and service issues.
- Maintain customer records for repair orders.
- Communicate with insurance companies.
- Arrange rental assistance for customers.
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Great people skills
- Customer and team focus
- Strong communication skills
- Solid computer skills with the ability to learn new applications
- Summit Collision Management and CDK System Knowledge is a plus
- Excellent organization and time management skills
A criminal history background check and drug test will be conducted prior to beginning employment.
