Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY:
* Responsible for providing support to various departments within Henry Ford at Home.
* Responsible for the accurate and timely entry, access, review and retrieval of information from the electronic medical record.
* Responsible for monitoring workflow processes.
* Provides office support and act as a resource for team members, customers, medical staff, and other professionals.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Requires high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
* Associates degree or college coursework in business preferred.
* Requires computer proficiency, the ability to accurately type, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with Outlook preferred.
* Requires strong organization and problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt rapidly to changing priorities and tasks.
* Requires previous Home HealthCare experience or office/administrative support experience or completion of a college degree.
