Work schedule consists of reporting to our 100 Church Street (NYC) office approximately 1-2 times per week or as per business needs.
Scope of Responsibilities
Manage relationships, communications, and meeting schedules with internal and external partners
Track, analyze, and report project metrics, ensuring project objectives are met
Independently screen and resolve requests and questions about projects
Manage organizational processes and tools for efficient resolution of project needs
Translate OD strategy into succinct, clear, visually appealing PowerPoint presentations
Produce content, documents, and materials, including agendas, FAQs, etc. on a variety of projects
Independently anticipate and address project needs and concerns
Proactively increase project efficiency by seeking ways of automating and improving processes
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma, or GED
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365 cloud-based solutions
Time management and prioritization
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to builds strong, trusting relationships with diverse communities
Ability to effectively work and make decisions independently while balancing multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to analyze and interpret data to build a business case
Some Human Resources experience and a desire to learn about Organizational Development
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $65,600 – $94,775
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $58,300 – $86,700
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
