The Organizational Development Specialist supports multiple implementations on the Organizational Development (OD) team. The person in this role will partner closely with OD team members to understand OD needs, and acts as the main point of contact for one or more projects. This includes independently making decisions, prioritizing, and managing requests from the OD team and a variety of people across the organization, effectively navigating organizational processes, and building communications and content with the OD team. This is an excellent role for someone who has basic Human Resources knowledge/experience and wants to learn about OD.

Work schedule consists of reporting to our 100 Church Street (NYC) office approximately 1-2 times per week or as per business needs.

Scope of Responsibilities

• Manage relationships, communications, and meeting schedules with internal and external partners

• Track, analyze, and report project metrics, ensuring project objectives are met

• Independently screen and resolve requests and questions about projects

• Manage organizational processes and tools for efficient resolution of project needs

• Translate OD strategy into succinct, clear, visually appealing PowerPoint presentations

• Produce content, documents, and materials, including agendas, FAQs, etc. on a variety of projects

• Independently anticipate and address project needs and concerns

• Proactively increase project efficiency by seeking ways of automating and improving processes

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma, or GED

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365 cloud-based solutions

• Time management and prioritization

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Demonstrated ability to builds strong, trusting relationships with diverse communities

• Ability to effectively work and make decisions independently while balancing multiple priorities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to analyze and interpret data to build a business case

• Some Human Resources experience and a desire to learn about Organizational Development

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Hiring Range*:

• Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $65,600 – $94,775

• All Other Locations (within approved locations): $58,300 – $86,700

As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
