Position: PE revalidation

POSITION SUMMARY:
The PE Revalidation will be assisting providers and will interact with internal departments on provider enrollment issues and updates. Tasked to facilitate the enrollment of Medicaid Providers into the system and provides maintenance to provider files as necessary.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency and ability to work independently in a browser-based environment and desktop applications such as Microsoft Office
• Detail oriented with ability to review provider application details, and assess state of completeness
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple assignments concurrently (multi-tasking)
• Excellent organizational, and verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to learn and support a variety of new business processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Facilitates all provider changes, such as, change of address, phone/fax update, physician specialties, certifications and license, etc.
• Navigates multiple licensing internet sites to obtain required verification on new enrollments and re-enrollments.
• Reviews provider enrollment applications and supporting documentation for accuracy, and corresponds with providers regarding any discrepancies.
• Follows up with providers, in a professional manner, on outstanding issues and escalates as appropriate.

Preferred Experience:

• Provider Credentialing & Enrollment experience
• Healthcare or Medicaid operations experience
• Medical Claims experience

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent GED

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Call center: 1 year (Required)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
