Director HR, North America
Role Overview:
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for developing and executing a progressive talent strategy in alignment with the vision and values of the company and in support of its overall strategic direction. The Director of HR serves as a strategic and operational leader who specifically oversees Human Resources functions, including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, talent acquisition, on-boarding, off-boarding, performance management, training and staff development initiatives, policy administration, compliance, and compensation and benefits design and administration.

Pay: $130,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
