POSITION SUMMARY
A Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective candidates to find the perfect match for a company’s long-term goals. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator knows the important role people play in moving business forward. This role is the candidate’s first contact with Harmon Scrap Metal and must embody Harmon Scrap Metal’s core values.
