Responsibilities:
· Oversee the steps in hiring, from phone screens to in person scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with candidates throughout the process.
· Maintain all records of applicants, notes of their phone screens and interviews, and data rom their application to streamline the candidate pipeline.
· Keep candidate information confidential.
. Role includes the duties of Human Resources, enforcement of policy, compliance with hiring practices, etc.
· Source top performers through networking, social media and job boards.
· Creating job descriptions as we continue to grow and the need to add to our team arises.
· Posting and managing of job ads in our applicant tracking system.
· Adapt and improve sourcing methods to bring on the best talent available.
· Facilitating in the offer process; drafting and extending the offer.
· Managing the onboarding process; from new hire paperwork to orientation to beyond.
· Consistently staying on top of new trends in recruiting and best practices.
· Strong ability to illuminate our winning culture in every conversation, and continue as a main driver of the company culture throughout the organization.
· Report recruiting metrics weekly.
What we offer:
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
