Our client, a boutique west side law firm, is searching for a Billing Specialist to add to their team.

This position will be responsible for performing functions including –
- Compile, edit, and processes billings for attorneys
- Process client invoices
- Work with department leaders to establish special payment arrangements, resolve complex client billing issues, and establish billing formats
- Enter, update and monitor billing system information for accuracy
- Interact with executive team members, clients, and outside vendors as needed
- Special projects as assigned
Qualifications –
- Associates Degree strongly preferred
- 4+ years billing, accounts payable and/or accounting assistant experience in a service environment; previous law firm experience strongly preferred!
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Advanced Microsoft Office and billing software experience
