Office Manager position will be responsible for a wide variety of duties including –

• Supervising small team of customer service representatives 
• Managing employee workflow, monitoring productivity and preparing weekly reports
• Human Resource functions including hiring, mentoring and training staff, disciplinary actions and terminations
• Monitoring office supplies, maintaining and troubleshooting office technology
• Assisting customer service team with preparing quotes, invoicing, order entry, and responding to client questions when needed
• Assisting with advertising and marketing functions
• Special projects as assigned

The ideal candidate will get satisfaction from supervising and mentoring others, have a friendly but confident personality, and a highly professional demeanor. 
Proven experience with Microsoft Office (Access a plus), the ability to multi-task, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organization, and be detailed oriented.  

Previous experience working in a small office environment strongly preferred, 5-10 years managing a small team required.   Associates Degree required and Bachelor’s degree preferred.
