POSITION SUMMARY
The AV engineer is responsible for the support and maintenance of classroom and conference room AV technologies. This includes architectural design, operating, maintaining, installing, configuring, repairing, and upgrading AV products in the rooms while also ensuring optimal performance and integration with other systems such as the Grinnell College network and other in room equipment. The AV engineer analyzes and resolves AV issues in a timely and accurate fashion, as well as support user needs where required and occasionally aids with the planning and setup of campus events using AV resources.Key Responsibilities
