Compensation Expectations: $25.75/hr

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This position is responsible for supporting technology solutions for the betterment of productivity and efficiency for staff and to support resident needs. This position works in accordance with established policies and procedures and/or specific instructions from the Information Technology Supervisor for the planning, installation, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, and networking equipment for the community. This position is responsible for performing/following all applicable safety policies and procedures when performing job functions.

Successfully assist with the development, implementation, and management of information technology (IT) projects.
Maintain and troubleshoot community desktops, laptops, printers, and other networked devices.
Assist residents with IT and technology issues.

Are enrolled in information technology (IT) focused courses or in continuing education in a related discipline.
Have excellent computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases as well as network and computer systems.
