Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the President is instrumental in orchestrating the daily activities of
the President and acts as a vital connector between the President’s Office and various key entities. Upholding strict confidentiality,
showcasing discernment, and maintaining discretion are foundational to these roles. They are expected to epitomize exceptional service,
professionalism, and integrity, actively navigating challenges, and preserving an image aligned with the university’s leadership standards.
As ambassadors of the President’s Office, they should exemplify maturity, accessibility, and adeptness. Collaborate and cultivate a
strong working relationship with the counterpart executive assistant to ensure cohesive support for the President and President’s
Office operations.

Receives minimal supervision from a designated supervisor. Much of the work is self-initiated. Person is expected
to function with considerable independence and apply appropriate policies and procedures within the assigned area of responsibility.

satisfactorily. Must have the physical stamina to work long hours and/or more than 5 days per week. The requirements listed are

Salary: Minimum
starting salary $80,000, commensurate with experience.
