Works to service existing players through phone calls, email, and interactions on the casino floor; acquire and develop new players; and, reactivate/develop inactive players. Build loyalty and strengthen relationships with existing players, new players, and inactive players. Greet guests on arrival and at departure thank the guests and invite them back. Enroll new player’s club card members. Resolve customer complaints and provide a high level of guest service.
