We are looking for a Designer to oversee the visual execution of new Digital Innovation activities, including research, requirements gathering, digital wireframes, and proofs, executed across multiple business functions. Experience with design thinking, design systems and solution development through the adaption of new and emerging technology will prove valuable. This position will also play a crucial role in consulting and supporting different parts of the organization still in the ideation phase of their respective exploration and solution journeys. Interested candidates will demonstrate superior creative direction and visual design acumen along with an obsession for detail and the ability to express design principles and generate consensus and excitement over the vision. Here at GEHA you will be embedded with the Digital Innovation organization reporting to the Director of Digital Innovation and Technology.
We are seeking a true “systems thinker” who understands how all the components and patterns of a concept or solution form relationships that are as important as the individual pieces and how each design choice within a given system can scale. As a key player throughout the entire development process, the Sr Innovation Designer works on areas central to the Innovation program, such as research, forming early solution design concepts, defining guidelines, keeping the design within the guidelines, wireframing key interactions and prototyping, and will work closely each day with the Digital Innovation development staff and cross-functional partners.

The annual base salary range for this position is $100,793 – $141,207 USD.
