Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager who will act as the first point of contact for employees. This is a hybrid role (in office and remote) that also requires occasional site visits. All potential candidates must reside in the Colorado area and have experience with both California and Colorado employment laws.
HR Manager Responsibilities:
- Provide support to all team members including HR managers and corporate employees
- Resolve employee issues and conflicts
- Be certain the organization is in compliance with all regulations including local, state, and federal
- Provide feedback and guidance to the tram through the use of performance management tools
- Complete performance and salary reviews
- Ensure HR systems and processes are maintained
HR Manager Requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience in a Senior HR Manager Role
- Must have previous experience and knowledge of California employment law
- Excellent understanding of Colorado employment law
- Experience handling workman’ s comp issues, unemployment claims, investigations, and complaints
