We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead our team and support our business within the HR functional area. You will be responsible for creating the processes that are used to hire and develop key personnel.

Director of Human Resources Responsibilities:

Provide essential support, leadership, and guidance

Hire, retain, and review staff salaries and benefits, including retirement benefits

Develop policies and best practices with a focus on safety and company objectives

Work with owners and executives to ensure legal compliance

Director of Human Resources Qualifications:

5+ years of HR experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and good with number

Available for travel approximately 30% of the time
