Picture yourself refining processes and infrastructure to ensure an unparalleled candidate journey from start to finish. You’ll collaborate across departments to streamline new employee onboarding, guaranteeing a seamless transition for our new hires.
Your role will be crucial in every aspect of the employee lifecycle, from evaluating job descriptions to screening applications and conducting efficient hiring processes. You’ll work closely with colleagues, hiring managers, and department heads to meet our hiring objectives while ensuring alignment with Gonzaga’s Mission, EEO/Affirmative Action, and diversity initiatives.
You’ll also provide top-notch customer service, keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
